Released on 21 October 2025, the Data Model V.1.0.0 and DM Bindings V.1.0.0 are developed by the Cloud Signature Consortium, a non-profit association of industry and academic organizations committed to enabling interoperable, cloud-based digital signature solutions. This specification supports integration with standards such as the eIDAS Regulation (910/2014) and the European Digital Identity Framework, and is designed to work with established frameworks like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID for Verifiable Credentials.
